Hands down the best real estate agent to work with! I would highly recommend using him as your agent! he was a complete joy to work with, very friendly, kind, and understanding and willing to help out in any area we needed. I have never purchased a home before, therefore had a lot of questions; I asked things I didn’t even understand how to ask, and he put me at ease with every answer. He would reply back immediately when reached out to, he provided us with a lender who was very good to us and very good at his job. He checked in with us all the time just to make sure everything was going well and or if we had any questions. He gave us names and numbers for multiple places and ppl he found were the best and that stood firm after reaching out to the resources he gave us. Ken is a great realtor who kept our home buying and selling process very easy. Ken helped us find and purchase the home we moved into. He also helped sell our previous home. Ken was organized and prompt in communication via email and text. He explained the market conditions in the Madison area in detail and gave us a rough estimate of what our home would sell for along with expected timelines. These estimates turned out to be very accurate. We ended up with different closing dates for selling and buying the two different homes because of an issue with financing for the buyers. He helped negotiate with the buyers to make sure we could stay in our previous home for a few extra days without needing to stay in a hotel for a few days. Ken also worked with the builders of our current home to let us move some of our belongings into the garage about a week early. This was a really big help for us and reduced our stress on our moving day. Prior to buying this home we hadn't heard of the builders. Ken was able to explain that they had a home in the Parade of Homes and how that was an important signal of their quality. This helped increase our confidence that we were making the right choice in purchasing this home. Overall, I highly recommend working with Ken for your next real estate purchase.

Ken was a blast to work with. We spoke with one or two other realtors and we has thought about going with them until a coworker recommended Ken and we knew which realtor we wanted to go with as soon we our introduction meeting was complete. He met every single one of our needs AND wants for a home. The communication that he had with us was excellent as were the answers to all of our questions.
